We turned sleep into a competitive advantage for high-performing individuals?

In a world where success often means less sleep, Hibernate sought to disrupt the status quo. Hibernate, a Digital Health company, has developed a non-wearable, mobile, Bluetooth-enabled sleep aid device that applies acoustic neuromodulation to enhance sleep and neuroplasticity. Despite their revolutionary product, they faced challenges in articulating their value proposition and developing a unified brand presence.

Ran a Design Sprint to Elevate and Unify the Hibernate Brand Experience

In tackling the distinctive obstacles of Hibernate, we undertook a thorough investigation of their brand experience with the objective of finding and leveraging improvement opportunities that would have a strong impact on their investors, customers, and users. Our journey commenced with a rigorous week-long design sprint, allowing us to refine Hibernate's visual language and presentation format. In doing so, we were able to create a consolidated and persuasive brand aesthetic that strongly emphasizes their unique selling point.

With an understanding of the critical role a seamless mobile experience plays for high sleep performers, our next mission was a detailed redesign of Hibernate's mobile platform. The focus here was to ensure the brand experience was uniformly represented across all points of contact, emphasizing the unity and coherence of the Hibernate brand.

Embarking on our comprehensive brand revitalization process, we invigorated every crucial touchpoint of Hibernate. We started with a total revamp of the sales and investor pitch deck. Here, we eliminated outdated narratives and replaced them with our newly crafted brand story, rich in authenticity and purpose. The deck was visually enhanced to mirror Hibernate's fresh identity and underscore its innovative spirit, creating a harmonious alignment between Hibernate's brand story and its visual presentation.

This narrative formed the cornerstone of our storytelling, as we built a tale around his realization of sleep as a catalyst for life, rather than a mere necessity, and his ensuing endeavor to recreate the restorative rest he found at sea for others.

Through a comprehensive brand strategy, we shaped Hibernate's story to elevate the brand's narrative, emphasizing the beneficial impacts of optimized sleep on people's lives. Following a blueprint phase, we transformed Hibernate's mobile application into a more user-friendly interface. We made sure that the app design reflects the brand's unique identity, providing an immersive and cohesive experience for users. This redesign aimed to make the app more intuitive, thus enhancing the user experience and strengthening Hibernate's connection with its customers.

Next, we turned our attention to the unboxing experience, aiming to create an unforgettable first impression for Hibernate's customers. We designed a package that not only protected the product, but also encapsulated the essence of the brand and its promise of optimized sleep.

Our team then applied Hibernate's reimagined brand identity to their website. The result was a cohesive, user-friendly site that showcased Hibernate's product line, amplified their unique value proposition, and reinforced the brand story.

Lastly, we extended our brand storytelling to Hibernate's social media channels, ensuring a consistent brand experience across all platforms. From Instagram to LinkedIn, each post was designed to drive home the brand's mission, reinforce its core values, and engage with the audience in a meaningful way.
