We worked with CompoSecure to position their start-up (Arculus) for global B2B2C success through brand strategy, building audience personas, website design, content strategy, event consultation, social design standards, social media management, and creative content production.
We started with an expansive competitive landscape analysis, a persona and messaging strategy, and a blueprint of the customers journey through email, social, and e-commerce. We took a "test-and-iterate" approach to all customer communications to create a baseline visitor subscription rate (VSR), a design test to understand which color scheme drives the highest VSR, a headline test to determine what messaging strategy performed best, and a call to action (CTA) test to find the strongest placement and language to drive click through rate(CTR).
Cryptocurrency and blockchain technology can be intimidating. We knew that in order to convert our “interested-but-hesitant” target audience, we needed to write, direct, and shoot content that made these new technologies accessible and welcoming. The result? A library of how-to and educational content that was formatted for social, website, and email.
To enhance the e-commerce experience, we built a custom dynamic cryptocurrency search page for easy compatibility-checks.
