Senior Account Strategist - Digital & E-commerce
We are looking for a Senior Account Strategist with a proven track record of leading digital and e-commerce strategy. The right fit will have the ability to drive day-to-day performance as well as the long-term growth trajectory of our partners’ business. Projects can include but are not limited to website/e-commerce management, database management, CRM/marketing automation, SEO/SEM, DTC/omnichannel systems integration.

What you’ll do:
- Plan, manage and execute direct-to-consumer marketing campaigns across digital channels, including web, SEO/SEM, database management, email marketing and display advertising
- Manage e-commerce analytics and KPI's, delivering ongoing reporting and actionable insights, and executing deep dives into issues or opportunities
- Consumer centricity in an omnichannel environment – how to acquire and retain customers both in a digital as well as brick & mortar environment
- Measure and track project performance and provide the insights, analysis, and actionable recommendations
- Manage partners’ expectations with respect to direct-to-consumer services, identifying gaps between customer needs and technology capabilities, and work to find innovative solutions to those gaps
- Create compelling and digestible narratives to internal stakeholders and clients with data; build polished, scalable, insightful decks/spreadsheets that benchmark performance and emphasize recommendations
- Strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution
- Be data-driven to develop and prioritize initiatives, measure results, iterate when necessary, and support business cases
- Monitor the competitive landscape, examine strategies of best-in-class retailers and keep up to date with industry research to identify emerging trends and make recommendations
- In-depth understanding of web design and analytics
- Analyze data and campaigns results in Google Analytics to provide ongoing insights
- Maintain knowledge of e-commerce backend, feature integrations, products, and services while also recommending new products and enhancements to improve operational efficiency
- Create, forecast and maintain key digital metric reports and dashboards for traffic and acquisition, conversion, spend and revenue forecasts
What you bring:
- 3-5 years' experience in digital media and e-commerce
- Keen awareness of current and changing landscape of DTC marketing channels and ability to assess ROI from each
- Understanding of marketing and e-commerce KPI expectations and ability to manage to result
- Highly analytical with a passion for utilizing data for increased business success
- Experience with marketing automation, CRM, acquisition and retention
- Extensive experience in e-commerce strategy
- Deep experiences in the Shopify ecosystem (managing and updating products, promotions, content, merchandising, scheduling).
- Experience with Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Social Media, Email marketing
- Knowledge of Google products such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords
