We developed an online presence for Fashion Design Company Sir Drake. The website features a dynamic, ground-breaking flash website to promote their business online.
Sir Drake Clothing
Sir Drake Clothing company is a new fashion company from New York. This site is fully dynamic using the most recent practices in Flash 8 and XML technology. The interactivity alone on this site will make it fun to visit.
Animated Navigation
With the water moving in the background, use the text links to go to the various areas of the site as you click on the links it animates to the particular point of interest. Each country represents the location where a particular aspect of their clothing is manufactured. The Buttons are from South America, cuff links from Europe and the flash website denotes that.
We are pushing the concept of
Sir Drake
who was historically a world explorer so we are using a historic world map and modern flash technology to create a compelling interactive website focusing on the interaction and user captivation.
About Us
We took the about us information and placed it on a scrolling piece of parchment paper. Using flash and a custom built scrolling engine we have it appear that the information is scrolling on parchment paper. .
Tee Shirts Page
Sir Drake currently has eight T-shirts in two different colors. Of course they also have a different graphic on the fronts and backs of the shirts as well. This conveyor belt idea was the best way to quickly show the designs and colors in an interesting fashion. Everything from the gears to the chains are animated to give it a truly innovative and realistic feeling.
Suspenders Page
Not easily seen in this rendering is the magnifying glass that you can hover over the page. This allows you to see the fabric and the pattern of the suspenders without having to leave the page. Again we added more interactivity to educate the viewer in a playful manor.
Polos Page
8 Emblems, 8 colors, 1 powerful marketing flash website. Obviously they wanted to display all the emblems on each color shirt. We created a rotating 3d Polo Shirt which the viewer can spin around, change its color and/or emblem.
Contact Form
This contact form is extremely modern in its usage. Notice how the dynamic content form is on a slant which goes against older versions and limitations of the flash player. This flash interacts with a PHP server side file that will disperse an html email with images and variable data to the requested person.
